We’ve just added the world’s smallest quadcopter to our list of toys at JMoon MakerSpace.
The Cheerson CX-10 is a 5.5cm (diameter) quadcopter comes with a joystick remote control, which funnily enough is actually bigger than the quadcopter itself. The quad is approximately the size of an Chineduino Lilypad and flies really well. The quad also comes with 2 extra sets of extra propellers (so you get 8 propellers in addition to the 4 propellers already mounted on the CX-10), a charging cable for the LiPo battery, an instruction manual, but doesn’t include the 2 AAA batteries needed for the remote.
The quadcopter flies really well for something so small. We were pleasantly surprised! After our testing and confirmation that it will not cause issues, it was launched on RoboRium.com
